Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Items marked as Non-Returnable
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Start a Return

Please contact our Customer Support before returning any item. Include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Full Name
  • A brief description of the reason for your return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Late or Missing Refunds
